RGI International Board of Directors There are 6 members of the Board. Collectively, the Board has extensive operational experience in the real estate market in Moscow.

 

 
Jacob Kriesler – Chairman

Jacob Kriesler was appointed as a Director and Chairman of the Company on 13 July 2006. Jacob Kriesler graduated with honors from Tel Aviv University in 1991 and 1992 with a BA and MA, respectively, in Economics. In 2004, Jacob Kriesler obtained a PhD in Economics from Bar-Ilan University. In 1992, Jacob Kriesler joined the money management firm, Meofim Limited.  Jacob Kriesler set up KK Newton Investments Limited, a money management and investment firm based in Israel, in 1994. Since 1997, Jacob Kriesler has been involved in the formation of and investment in various start-up companies in Israel.
 
 
Boris Kuzinez - Founder and CEO

Boris Kuzinez is one of the most successful property entrepreneurs in Moscow, a city where he has been developing real estate for seventeen years. He was one of the first local developers to adopt western development methods and many consider him to be the founder of the Ostozhenka “Golden Mile”, where a previously unattractive area in central Moscow was transformed thanks to the high-end residential projects developed by Boris on Ostozhenka Street.
Boris Kuzinez migrated from Latvia to Israel in 1971, and relocated to Russia in 1990 when he established Einav Limited, a Russian based logistics and trading company. Boris then founded his first property development business in 1993. In the thirteen years that followed he and his team completed more than 15 high-end residential and commercial real estate projects, many of which have become iconic within the Moscow real estate market. In 2006 Boris has founded RGI International, a new property development and management company focusing on quality residential and retail properties within Moscow and the surrounding areas. The business listed on the London Stock Exchange AIM market in December of that year (see About Us section for further details). Boris always follows the individual approach regardless of the scope of the project and all his solutions are based on customers’ needs and requirements. Boris is deeply respected by clients, architects, business partners, experts and even competitors, who often borrow his ideas.
 
   

Emanuel Kuzinez- Director of Investor Relations


Emanuel has been working in the Company since 2006. In 2006 Emanuel managed the Company’s initial public offering on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of London Stock Exchange (LSE). As a result, $ 192 million were attracted from several major international financial institutions. In March 2007 additional $ 251 million were attracted during the secondary stock offering. In 2005, Emanuel was appointed Director and CEO of RGI Rose Group Investments Limited. In 2003-2005 Emanuel served as the Purchasing Director of Milouban (M.C.P.) Limited, a producer of cotton linter pulp.Emanuel graduated from Tel Aviv University with a degree in Economics, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Kellogg Recanati Executive MBA.

 
   

Yoram Evan - Chief Financial Officer


Yoram joined RGI in 2007 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Yoram held a number of senior posts at US based companies. Between 2003 and 2007, he was Chief Executive Officer of USA Detergents, Inc. a New Jersey based consumer household goods business. Prior to that he was Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Operations of nXpansion Inc. an on-line supermarket and a pioneer in electronic commerce. From 1997-1998 he was the Chief Financial Officer of American Value Brands Inc. a New York, USA based food distributor. Prior to working in the US, 1992-1996 Yoram acted as a Senior Economist in the Budget Department of Israeli Ministry of Finance for four years between 1992 and 1996. Yoram holds a BA degree in Economics and a Master degree in Business Administration from the Tel Aviv University in Israel.

   

Timothy Fenwick – Non-Executive Director

Timothy Fenwick was appointed as a Director on 23 November 2006. Timothy Fenwick graduated in 1971 from the Universite Catholique de Louvain with a Licence en Sciences Historiques. Timothy Fenwick has been involved in the commercial property market since 1972. Between 1972 and 1999, Timothy Fenwick was an investment partner of the Belgium and the Luxembourg offices of Jones Lang Wootton. Timothy Fenwick was also responsible for opening Jones Lang Wootton's Moscow office, and served as its general director during the period 1995 to 1999. Between 1999 and 2004, Timothy Fenwick served as an investment partner of Atisreal (Belgium & Luxembourg), a property services company. Since 2004, Timothy Fenwick has acted as a Managing Director for Quantum Potes s.a. (Luxembourg), a property company.

        

Reginald Webb – Non-Executive Director

Mr Reginald Webb  was appointed as an independent non-executive director on February 28, 2011. Mr Webb, retired as partner at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) in December 2010 after 40 years in the accounting profession. He held a number of senior positions including Chairman of the Supervisory Board for PwC Central and Eastern Europe,. Reginald was also a member of the Management Board of PwC CEE with specific responsibility for Risk, Compliance, Independence and Ethics and Business Conduct. He served as Chairman of the Audit Committee for PwC CEE from 2006 to 2010 and an insurance group from 2007 to 2010.

Mr Webb is an alumnus of the University of Cape Town a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
